The Jones Group Leadership Accelerator is a 60-minute executive working session for a select group of 10 leaders responsible for turning organizational priorities into outcomes.
You'll work through a practical framework for building a focused 90-day operating plan, applied to your business and your operating realities, using our proprietary L·E·A·D© method, built on four moves. Listen. Evaluate. Align. Drive. And you'll do it alongside nine peers in the same position.
Well intended strategy fails in translation, where priorities multiply, measures are disconnected, and teams work hard on the wrong things.

Connect measurement and performance management back to strategy so the numbers and the goals point the same direction, reduce unnecessary tracking, and identify the indicators that should drive behavior and decisions.
Connect your team’s work to the bigger picture and strengthen the leadership practices that build understanding, commitment, and engagement with your team and stakeholders.
Your strategy in one sentence, three priorities with owners, 90-day quick wins, and the one measure that matters, on a single page you build during the session.
Scheduled within 30 days, to pressure-test your operating plan, with candid discussion on what’s working, what’s challenging, and ways to sharpen your approach over the next 90 days.

Approved participants receive a payment link. Payment is due within 48 hours; after that, the seat is offered to the waitlist.
Once payment is received, you’ll receive the Zoom link, a brief pre-work note, and details on workshop logistics and expectations.
The session is a candid, closed-door, virtual conversation, hosted on Zoom. Participation guidelines are shared in your confirmation. The session link is not to be shared; only approved registrants are admitted to the workshop.

Yes. Cameras on, first names, brief introductions, and everyone has the opportunity to contribute. The value is in the engagement, and it comes from the dialogue rather than the presentation.
No. The conversation stays in the virtual room so participants can speak candidly about their operating realities.
Minimal, no more than fifteen minutes. You will receive a short note ahead of the session asking you to arrive with one current priority in mind, along with what is impeding progress.
You will receive a scheduling link after the session. Sessions are held within 30 days, and you set the time that works for you.
